Refund Policy

REFUND POLICY

At Thread Sector, we want you to be completely satisfied with your streetwear and graphic apparel purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help. Our refund policy lasts thirty days from the date of delivery. If thirty days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags still attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@threadsector.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on where to send your package. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of initial shipping will be deducted from your refund. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods, intimate or sanitary goods, and hazardous materials cannot be returned. Additionally, any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be accepted for return. Items purchased during a final sale or clear-out event are also non-returnable and non-refundable. Please ensure that you check the product description for any final sale notifications before completing your purchase of our graphic apparel.

REFUNDS AND PROCESSING

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within five to ten business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

EXCHANGES AND REPLACEMENTS

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange a graphic tee or hoodie for the same item in a different size, send us an email at support@threadsector.com. Please be aware that because our streetwear is often produced in limited runs, we cannot guarantee that the same design or size will be in stock for an exchange. In cases where the item is out of stock, a store credit or refund will be issued instead.
