SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for choosing Thread Sector for your streetwear and graphic apparel needs. The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy. We strive to provide a seamless and transparent delivery experience for every customer who visits threadsector.com.

SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within two to five business days. Because many of our graphic apparel items are produced to order, this processing time allows us to ensure the highest quality for every garment. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer various shipping methods ranging from standard ground shipping to expedited services. Estimated delivery times for domestic orders typically range from three to seven business days after the processing period. Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to seasonal carrier volume or unforeseen weather events.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION AND ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within twenty four hours. We recommend monitoring your tracking information to ensure you are available to receive your package upon delivery.

CUSTOMS DUTIES AND TAXES

Thread Sector is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer including tariffs, taxes, and other duties. Please consult your local customs office for information regarding potential charges on international shipments.

DAMAGES AND LOST PACKAGES

Thread Sector is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. We will do our best to assist you with the necessary documentation to support your claim with the carrier.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer international shipping to most countries. Please be aware that international shipping times vary significantly depending on the destination and local postal services. International customers are responsible for ensuring that the products they order comply with local import laws and regulations.
